The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport proposes to execute Land Lease ADA-91000 with Deadhorse FBO, LLC. The lease covers approximately 180,621 square feet of state land at Fairbanks International Airport for a term of 50 years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2076. The proposed uses include construction, maintenance, and operation of a new hangar, leasing air taxi and air cargo operations, aircraft repair and maintenance, aircraft parking and hangaring, office space, and automobile parking lots supporting these uses.
