Description
The Department of Children and Families (DCF), Office of Child and Family Well-Being, is soliciting proposals to select respondent(s) to develop and manage a network of Qualified Evaluators (QEs). These QEs will perform assessments on children in the care and custody of the Department who are placed or are already in residential treatment facilities. The solicitation aims to establish the Qualified Evaluator Network (QEN) to identify qualified evaluators for these assessments. The contract term is anticipated to start on January 1, 2027, and last for three years, with possible renewal.
