Description
The City of Bothell is soliciting bids for the demolition of 9 existing park structures and the removal and disposal of hazardous materials at the Former Wayne Golf Course (Front and Back 9 – Schedule A), and the North Creek Forest (Schedule B). The project is divided into two schedules (A–B) for bidding purposes. The project has a 50-working-day completion period. An optional site visit will be held on July 21, 2026.
