Description

The Kodiak Island Borough is soliciting qualifications and pricing from contractors to establish a roster of qualified contractors by trade or specialty for future maintenance, repair, and small construction projects on an as-needed basis. The roster will be used for projects with an estimated value of less than $50,000. Inclusion on the roster does not guarantee the award of any work. Contractors will be compensated only for work requested, completed, and accepted by the Borough.
