Description

The City of Carlsbad is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the construction of the Chinquapin Lift Station Improvements. The work includes demolition of existing structures, installation of new building walls and roof, emergency standby generator, electrical controls, motor control center, replacement of wet well top slab, lining repairs, mechanical piping, flow meter, valves, force main piping, and site restoration including landscaping. The project also involves temporary traffic control, pedestrian detour, sewer bypassing, excavation support, and stormwater pollution control.
