Description

Union County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architectural or Engineering firms to provide design and construction administration services for the Union County Historic Post Office and West Franklin Street Renovations project. The selected firm will work in conjunction with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and provide professional services including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical engineering, and coordination with vendors for telecom, access control, video surveillance, AV design, and interior design. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and does not require price submissions. Compliance with North Carolina General Statutes 143-64.31 is mandatory.
