Description
Supply Ontario is conducting an open competitive procurement process to establish a Vendor of Record arrangement for primary care digital services to support the modernization of Ontario’s primary care ecosystem. The procurement includes two streams: Primary Care Medical Record (PCMR) and Customer Care Managed Services and Support. The PCMR stream seeks secure, interoperable Electronic Medical Record solutions aligned with provincial digital health priorities. The Customer Care stream aims to establish centralized support for onboarding, migration, and ongoing use of PCMR services. The contract duration is estimated at 48 months.
