Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the navigable waters of the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland, Ohio, to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment during a large paddling regatta marine event on July 18, 2026. The safety zone will be in effect from 8:15 a.m. through 11:15 p.m. on that day. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Eastern Great Lakes, or their designated representative. The zone covers all navigable waters of the Cuyahoga River from specified coordinates.
