Description

This final rule amends Class D airspace and removes Class E airspace over Nashua, NH, specifically removing Class E airspace extending upward from the surface for Boire Field Airport. Additionally, the rule updates the legal description of Class D airspace by replacing "Notice to Air Missions" with "Notice to Airmen" to comply with current FAA directives.
