Description
Union County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from well-qualified Architectural or Engineering (A/E) firms to provide design and construction administration services for the Union County Historic Post Office and West Franklin Street Renovations project. The selected A/E firm will work in conjunction with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and provide professional services including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical engineering, and design coordination. This is a qualification-based solicitation; price proposals are not required at this stage. Compliance with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 is required.
