Description
The Boise Airport (BOI) is seeking proposals for a building automation system (BAS) solution that meets current and future needs and integrates seamlessly with existing controllers. The scope includes providing and configuring the BAS solution per Airport specifications and collaborating with Airport staff to create a new graphics standard. The goal is to implement a quality BAS solution that facilitates high performance building operations, occupant comfort, and efficient energy use. The system must support automated fault detection and diagnostics, energy management and operational analytics, integration with legacy systems, and have strong local support. The City of Boise intends to negotiate a service agreement for ongoing support of the BAS with the successful vendor.
