The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is requesting qualified firms to submit proposals for Bus Shelter Cleaning and Light Maintenance Services. These services will be performed for bus shelters located in the City of Lancaster and surrounding areas in Lancaster County, PA, as well as in the City of Reading and surrounding areas in Berks County, PA. The contract will be for up to three years, with each year subject to annual renewal. Proposals are to be submitted electronically via PennBid by 12:00 pm on July 15, 2026.
