This project involves renovating an area for an Emergency Operations Center, upgrading security systems at 27 buildings across four locations, installing a generator for the Emergency Operations Center, and upgrading the Emergency Annunciator System. The security camera system replacement and expansion will be integrated with a new door access control system for college-wide monitoring. The Emergency Annunciator System is critical for alerting the campus and surrounding community during emergencies and requires a design-build approach.
