Description
Union County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Architectural or Engineering firms to provide design and construction administration services for the Union County Historic Post Office and West Franklin Street Renovations. The selected firm will work in conjunction with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and provide professional services including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical engineering, and coordination with vendors for telecom, access control, video surveillance, AV design, and interior design. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and firms are not required to submit price information or work product with their submittals. Compliance with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 is required.
