Description
Westmoreland County is soliciting sealed bids for a Leica RTC500 with accessories for the Forensic Services Division located in Greensburg, PA. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on August 4, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. the same day. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and requires bidders to follow all instructions in the bid specifications. Bidders must submit an original and two copies of their bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid designation.
