Description

Westmoreland County is soliciting sealed bids for the printing and furnishing of candidates specimen ballots, official ballots, and election supplies for the General Election of 2026. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on August 4, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. the same day. The solicitation requires bidders to submit an original and two copies of their bid in a sealed envelope, including samples if the bidder has not previously been awarded a bid by the county. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to select the bidder whose product best meets the specifications.
