Description

The City of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive parking management, operations, maintenance, customer service, security coordination, and revenue control services for City owned parking facilities and on-street parking operations. The selected contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of parking garages, surface lots, metered parking systems, event parking operations, and associated technologies, including the Citys Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS). The contractor must provide uninterrupted parking operations, maintain high customer service standards, support revenue collection and operational efficiency goals, and manage evolving parking system technologies and operational needs. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
