This opportunity is for year-round toilet facility cleaning services at recreation sites in the Sulphur Ranger District, Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests, and Pawnee National Grassland, managed by the USDA Forest Service. - Government Buyer: - Agency: US Department of Agriculture, Forest Service - Sub-agency: Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland - Office: Sulphur Ranger District - Scope of Services: - Year-round cleaning of vault and flush toilet facilities at developed and dispersed recreation sites - Services include sweeping, pressure washing, trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing - Cleaning required twice weekly (Mondays and Fridays), with additional services during shoulder and winter seasons - Estimated service quantities per year: 20 Monday and 20 Friday cleanings, plus 6 each for shoulder season Mondays/Fridays, and 26 winter season Friday cleanings for select groups - Contractor must use bio-based cleaning products where feasible and comply with all regulations - Government provides consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, hand soap) - Key personnel and quality control plans required - Period of Performance: - One-year base period with four one-year option periods (total up to five years) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Some sites require travel on steep, unpaved mountain roads - Total small business set-aside under NAICS 561720 - Services must be performed between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., excluding federal holidays - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or product purchases are involved; this is a custodial services contract.

Description

SRD Toilet Facility Services will be provided at the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grassland. The work is located at developed and dispersed recreation sites throughout the Sulphur Ranger District, mainly within the Arapaho National Recreation Area. Some roads and sites are not paved and require travel up steep, mountain roads, see Attachment 3- Vault Location Map.
