The City of Tacoma, Department of Public Utilities, Light Division (dba Tacoma Power) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to assist in the annual reporting of downstream juvenile fish passage as part of the fish habitat program management and support within the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) projects.
