Description
The City of San Diego Department of General Services is requesting proposals to enter into an agreement with an audit firm to provide an independent audit of San Diego Gas & Electric's (SDG&E) performance under the Gas Franchise and Electric Franchise, and all relevant agreements required under the two franchise agreements awarded in July 2021. The audit covers the period from July 8, 2025 through July 7, 2027, and if extended, from July 8, 2027 through July 7, 2029. The contract term is two years with an option to renew for an additional two years. Proposers must submit an electronically signed proposal through the PlanetBids portal by the closing date, with original hard copies possibly required prior to contract execution if the electronic submission lacks an authorized signature page.
