Description
Merced County is soliciting sealed proposals for up to two separate Job Order Contracts (JOCs) involving repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, and demolition work on various county properties. Each contract may have a maximum value of $6,402,606 and a duration of 12 months. Contractors must hold a Class A Contractor's license at the time of award and comply with California wage laws. Bids will be evaluated based on bid adjustment factors, and a pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on July 1, 2026.
