Description

The City of Hampton is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide veterinary services to the City of Hampton. This procurement is conducted through competitive negotiation as outlined in Virginia Code 2.2-4302.2. Proposals must be sealed and submitted by the specified closing date and time. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to enter into one or more contracts as deemed in its best interest.
