The Minnesota National Guard, through the W7NG USPFO Activity at Camp Ripley, is soliciting quotes for two new electric forklifts with a 5,000-pound lifting capacity. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army National Guard (MN ARNG), W7NG USPFO Activity, Camp Ripley - Delivery location: USPFO Warehouse, Camp Ripley Training Center, Little Falls, MN - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs required, but forklifts must be similar to the Toyota 8FBH25 model - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) electric forklifts, 5,000 lb capacity - 48-volt electric system with battery and charger - Automatic transmission, hydrostatic steering, seated rider operator position - 48-inch Class II forks, hydraulic fork positioner, tilt range, minimum 8 mph loaded speed - Pneumatic tires, minimum 8-inch ground clearance, variable speed control - Lift speed minimum 49 fpm, hydraulic side shifter - Safety features: headlights, backup alarm, strobe light, mirrors - Warranty: 12-month basic, 24-month powertrain - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be new (no used or refurbished units) - Compliance with DoD unique item identification - Delivery required by contract deadline - 100% Total Small Business Set Aside - Award contingent on FY26 funds availability

Description

This solicitation is in accordance with RFO 12.201 and constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested.

The Minnesota National Guard has a requirement to purchase two electric 5K Forklifts with further details of the requirement being provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery is FOB Destination to Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN.

This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

AWARD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Short of Award): The Government anticipates awarding a contract from this solicitation; however, award is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds. This solicitation is being issued "short of award" as funds are not presently available but are highly anticipated by September 30, 2026. The Government is under no obligation to make an award if funds do not become available.

Questions are due seven days prior to the solicitation close date.
