AFRL Seeks Replacement of Building 65 Air Compressors and Dryers at Wright-Patterson AFB

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is seeking to replace the air compressor system in Building 65. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), AFRL/RIZ and AFRL/RAVZ offices - OEMs and Vendors: - Ingersoll Rand (existing compressors and dryers to be removed) - Zeks (existing air dryer to be removed) - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) new oil-free rotary screw air compressors (Model: IRN100H-CC) - Two (2) new air-cooled air dryers (minimum 490 CFM capacity) - One (1) new prefilter system compatible with the compressors - Removal and disposal of existing Ingersoll Rand and Zeks equipment - Installation and commissioning of new compressors, dryers, piping, valves, electrical, and master control system (with Modbus communication and automated lead/lag control) - Comprehensive training for up to three government employees (up to four hours) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compressors must be oil-free rotary screw type, air-cooled, minimum 400 CFM at 125 psig - Master control system must support Modbus communication and automated lead/lag control - Delivery required within 10 weeks after award - Small business set-aside under NAICS 333912 - Training on operation and maintenance is mandatory
