Description

Request For Information for interested parties that can fulfill the requirements as stated in the attached OST Acquisition of Boeing 737-800 with COMBI Configuration, Statement of Work (SOW). To procure a used Boeing 737-800 Series which will be converted to a Combi configuration to allow OST to carry out its national security mission. The Boeing 737- 800 Series aircraft shall be operated under the requirements of 41 C.F.R. Part 102-33 Public Operations in the National Airspace and an occasional flight under OST/AOD’s 14 C.F.R. Part 125 Letter of Deviation Authority issued by the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Part 125 Certificate Holding District Office (CHDO), SO61, for OST’s current fleet of 737-400, and 737-700 aircraft.
