THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System | University Drive This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide brand name Promega s GloMax® Discover System Fully Loaded & Dual Injectors with Pumps. This equipment requirement is for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System in support of a grant funded research project, located at 1 University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240 The full solicitation may be posted to SAM at www.sam.gov/opportunities on or around July 17, 2026. The full solicitation will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334516 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The size standard is 1000 employees. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
