This opportunity concerns a sole source follow-on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Base Operations Support (BASOPS) at USAG Stuttgart, Germany. - The BPA is intended to bridge services until a new competitive contract is awarded and phased in. - Centerra Integrated Facilities Services, LLC is the proposed sole source provider due to their incumbent status and critical expertise. - The scope includes management, supervision, labor, and equipment for operating, maintaining, and repairing real property facilities (buildings, structures, roads, grounds) to Army ISR standards. - The estimated ceiling value is $38 million for an 18-month period (12-month base plus 6-month option). - The justification cites the need to avoid service disruption and cost duplication. - No specific product part numbers or quantities are listed; the requirement is for comprehensive facility support services. - The action is justified under Title 41 U.S.C. ยง4106(c)(3) as a logical follow-on to a previously competed FSS order.
Description
