Description

BC Hydro is seeking a consultant to produce a Quarry Development Plan (QDP) for the La Joie Dam. The consultant will visit the site, review previous studies including a Quarry Conceptual Development Study, and produce a QDP that includes excavation planning, volume calculation, bench stability assessment, required testing, material processing, equipment selection, and permitting to meet material volume and legislative requirements of the project. The delivery or completion date is March 01, 2027. This procurement may involve negotiation and is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
