Final delivery of material will be on or before 365 days after effective date of the resulting contract. 4. Early delivery is acceptable at no additional cost. 5. Any contract awarded because of this solicitation will be a "DX/DO" rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). 6. NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg will be considering past performance in the evaluation of offers. 7.
