This opportunity is for preventive maintenance services at the Kayenta Health Center, part of the Indian Health Service, for critical sterilization equipment. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit, Kayenta Health Center Acquisition Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Primus (manufacturer of the 20" x 20" sterilizers, Model PSS5-A-MESD) - Sussman (manufacturer of the 30kw generators associated with the sterilizers) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance for two Primus 20" x 20" sterilizers (Model PSS5-A-MESD, Serial #18236 and #18237) - Associated Sussman 30kw generators - Quarterly preventive maintenance visits - Emergency service calls (up to four per year) - Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of defective parts - Compliance with manufacturer specifications and relevant codes - Navajo Nation tax applied to services - Quantities and Part Numbers: - Multiple service visits per year for each sterilizer, with increasing quantities in option years - Part number: PSS5-A-MESD (Primus sterilizer) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Technical capability, past performance, and price are key evaluation criteria - Compliance with manufacturer specifications and all relevant codes is mandatory - Navajo Nation tax applies to all service years - Services cover both preventive and emergency maintenance

Description

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance Services for Primus 20" X 20" w/ Boiler. Period of performance: 08/01/2026  – 07/31/2027.

The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 07/29/2026 @ 5:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
