Description
Qualification Requirements: Prospective offerors and their personnel must meet the following mandatory qualifications prior to award:

<p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and a SECRET Facility Clearance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>IT/Cybersecurity Certifications:</strong> Baseline and technical certifications in accordance with DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239-7001, and AR 25-2 (e.g., Security+ or equivalent).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC):</strong> Active CMMC Level 3 (DIBCAC) or higher to handle FCI and CUI.</p>
</li>
<li>

<p><strong>Functional Description:</strong> Non-personal Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (<strong>C4IM</strong>) Service and Support to the 9th Mission Support Command (MSC) G6. Services include network and systems engineering, network administration (NIPR/SIPR/REF networks), Tier II Help Desk support, secure VTC administration, operations/plans support, and cybersecurity compliance.</p>

<p><strong>Quantity:</strong> Core C4IM Operational Support Services (1 Base Year and 2 Option Years).</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Unit of Issue:</strong> Job (by Month/CLIN).</p>
</li>

<p><strong>Destination Information:</strong> Dispersion across Pacific and Korea theaters of operation, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p><em>Hawaii:</em> Oahu (Fort Shafter Flats), Hilo, and Maui.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><em>Alaska:</em> Fort Richardson (JBER) and Fort Wainwright.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><em>International:</em> Camp Zama (Japan), USAG-Yongsan and USAG-Camp Humphreys (South Korea).</p>

<p><em>Territories:</em> Tafuna (American Samoa), Barrigada (Guam), and Tanapag (Saipan).</p>

<p><strong>Delivery Schedule / Transition:</strong> Work begins September 1, 2026, with an integrated 30-day phase-in transition period.</p>

<p><strong>Duration of Contract Period:</strong> 12-month Base Period with two (2) 12-month Option Periods (Total duration not to exceed 36 months, with provisions up to 60 months per FAR 52.217-9).</p>
