This opportunity is for preventative and corrective maintenance of the Fort Rucker Fire Department's Live Fire Structural Training facility, managed by the U.S. Army's Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Rucker. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, MICC-FT Rucker Directorate of Contracting, supporting the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) - Office: KO Directorate of Contracting, Bldg 5700 Novosel St Rm 380, Fort Rucker, AL - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative and corrective maintenance services for the Live Fire Structural Trainer - Up to two annual maintenance visits by factory-certified technicians - Inspection and adjustment of fireplaces, fans, blowers, pilot igniters, fuel control stations, sensors, gas detection assemblies, smoke generators, programmable logic controller battery and software updates - Filter cleaning/replacement, lubrication, and provision of service reports - On-call phone support and remote access support - Contractor must provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Maintenance must be performed by factory-certified technicians - Security clearances required for installation access - Contractor must provide all resources except government-furnished property and services - Firm fixed price contract with annual option years - Performance standards and scope detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Period of Performance: - Base year plus up to six annual option years (potential total of seven years)

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform the preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance for the Fort Rucker Fire Department Live Fire training as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
