The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Kenai National Wildlife Refuge, is seeking to procure and install new outboard motors for a law enforcement patrol boat. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Kenai National Wildlife Refuge, FWS SAT Team 1 - OEM Highlight: - Honda is the sole-source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specified for all major components - Products Requested: - Two Honda BF150 DXDA 150 HP four-stroke outboard engines (electronic fuel injection, counter-rotating, 30 amp alternator, EPA and CARB compliant) - Associated Honda components: control box, stop/start switch, trim switch, key switch, network cables, interface kits, display, trunk cable, branch cables, drop cables, and propellers - Services Requested: - Removal of existing engines - Installation of new Honda engines and all related rigging, controls, and wiring - Operational testing of the installed system - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Sole-source procurement for Honda brand engines and components - Installation and operational testing must occur within 60 miles of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge - Delivery and installation are scheduled for summer months, with specific completion windows for each phase
