This opportunity is for the procurement and installation of a commercial in-building cellular coverage enhancement system at the Marine Corps Reserve Center (MCRC) Brooklyn, NY, 6th Communication Battalion. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, 6th Communication Battalion, Marine Corps Reserve Center Brooklyn, NY - Contracting managed by the MFR Regional Contracting Office, New Orleans, LA - Products/Services Requested: - Complete in-building cellular coverage enhancement system supporting AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, including low-band 5G frequencies - System components: - 3 high-isolation donor antennas (698-2700 MHz) - 1 donor combiner/2-way splitter - 1 network/head-end unit (quad-band digital repeater) - 6 distributed coverage units (amplification) - 24 interior ceiling-dome broadcast antennas - Splitters, couplers, coax cables, connectors, mounting hardware, Cat6 data backbone, and fiber link extender as required - Procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and FCC/carrier registration - Three-year maintenance and support agreement (manufacturer warranty, remote monitoring/support, on-site corrective service, equipment replacement, software/firmware updates) - Installation labor and equipment warranty - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must provide at least 90% coverage at 100 dBm RSRP across designated areas of the 1st and 2nd floors - Must support multi-band operation including low-band 5G (~600 MHz to 1 GHz) - FCC registration required per 47 CFR Part 20.21 - Mandatory pre-proposal and pre-installation site visits - Site survey confirmation required prior to installation - All work to be completed within 2-3 weeks of contract award - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated; solutions must meet the salient characteristics and system design requirements - Opportunity is set aside for small business concerns
