Description

The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a sole source basis for Augory silver subscription for the US Naval Observatory.

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Argonne Ridge Group as a result of this solicitation in accordance with Part 12 and 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, Interested parties may identify their interest and capability. Any interest to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to megan.m.evans18.civ@us.navy.mil by the due date of the solicitation to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Quotes must include information sufficient to enable the Government to decide that an equivalent service/supply exists which would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
