This opportunity is for campus-wide window re-caulking and repair services at Scott Air Force Base, managed by the 126th Air Refueling Wing. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 126th Air Refueling Wing, 126th Contracting Office - Scope of Work: - Repair and re-caulking of exterior windows across multiple buildings (5000 to 5048, 5029, 5036, 5046) - Replacement of 1-3/4 inch weather-stripping on approximately 500 Kawneer brand casement style windows - Replacement of weather-stripping on 27 additional windows - Removal of old caulking and application of new Tremco Butyl caulking (or approved equal) in dark bronze color - All management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required - OEMs and Vendors: - Kawneer (window manufacturer) - Tremco (caulking manufacturer) - Products/Services Requested: - 1-3/4 inch weather-stripping replacement (approx. 500 windows) - Weather-stripping replacement (27 windows) - Perimeter caulking repair (Tremco Butyl or approved equal) - Window re-caulking services (CLIN 0001) - Unique Requirements: - Site verification and coordination with the 126th Civil Engineer Squadron - Compliance with military and safety standards - Construction wage rate requirements and bonding/payment protections - Contractor must propose and negotiate period of performance; estimated at 120 calendar days - Dark bronze color caulking required - Approved equal products may be proposed for caulking - No specific part numbers for weather-stripping or caulking; Tremco Butyl is specified by brand - Vendors must review all attachments for full requirements and instructions

The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for campus-wide window re-caulking and repair.

The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, Bonds and Payment Protection information, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
