The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking proposals to furnish a new office suite at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, focusing on powered systems furniture, private office furniture, and companion storage solutions. - Government Buyer: - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Civil Aeromedical Institute (013-CAI), and AAQ-740 Training & Aviation Acquisition - Primary contact: Joe Oglesby - Products and Quantities: - Powered systems furniture panel frames, faces, doors, tool rails, and power/data distribution panels - Panel-hung work surfaces, adjustable height (sit-to-stand) desks, pedestals, overhead components, low storage units, combination storage cabinets - Private office workstations, desk credenzas, desktop storage cabinets, 2-drawer lateral file cabinets - Keying system, dual monitor arms (similar to ISE MA4000 Series), UL-rated lighting, conference tables with integrated power/data modules - Workstation groups and office furniture configurations: - Multiple system furniture workstation groups (e.g., Typical 4A-1, 4A-2, 4A-3, 5AA, 2A, 5BB, 6BB, 3B, 6B, C) - Hotelling and private office workstations (e.g., Typical D, E, F, F-1) - Conference tables and credenzas (e.g., Typical G, J, K) - Quantities range from 1 to 12 units per item - Services Requested: - Complete design, delivery, installation, and training for all furniture systems - Coordination with construction schedule, phased installation, and on-site management - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All furniture must comply with ADA, ABA, IBC 2018, NFPA 101, ANSI/BIFMA standards - UL-rated electrical systems with specific power and data separation - Master keying system with at least 50 keying options - Buy American Act compliance and security requirements for contractor personnel - Detailed manufacturing, shipping, and installation schedule required - All technical specifications and product details are provided in attachments - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, but dual monitor arms are specified as similar to ISE MA4000 Series - Award Criteria: - Lowest price technically acceptable proposal

Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for furnishing a new office suite. The FAA contemplates award of a Purchase Order.  This award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price technically acceptable proposal.

All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached RFQ document(s).  If downloading is not possible all request for copies of the RFQ document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Joe Oglesby, Contracting Officer (AAQ-740), via email at Joe.Oglesby@faa.gov.

Proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CDT, July 31, 2026.  Bids can be electronically submitted to joe.oglesby@faa.gov.

In accordance with provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, 'Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals,' any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 P.M. CDT, July 31, 2026, will not be considered.  In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
