The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, State Correctional Institution-Camp Hill (SCI-Camp Hill), is seeking a contractor for comprehensive sewer and grease trap cleaning and emergency services. - Government Buyer: Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, State Correctional Institution-Camp Hill - Scope of Work: - Up to 110 hours of emergency vacuum truck services - Up to 160 hours of jetter/vac truck combination emergency services - Bi-weekly scheduled vacuum and cleaning of the R Block lift station - As-needed (monthly/bi-monthly) vacuum and cleaning of N Block and I Block manholes - Yearly cleaning behind directional plates at the bar screen - 40 hours per year of video-recorded camera inspection services - One-time annual cleaning of a 10,000-gallon kitchen grease trap and ash pit outside the power house - Environmental compliance fee and emergency charge line items - Requirements: - 2-hour response time for emergency calls - Contractor must supply all necessary equipment for jetting, vacuuming, and camera services - All materials must be hauled for off-site disposal in compliance with state and local ordinances - All contractor employees must complete a centralized clearance form and pass a background check - Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid site visit is required for eligibility - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Services are to be provided both on a scheduled and emergency basis, with fixed pricing for the initial term and options for renewal

The scope includes up to 110 hours of vacuum truck emergency services, 160 hours of jetter/vac truck combination emergency services, bi-weekly scheduled vacuum and cleaning of R Block lift station, monthly/bi-monthly vacuum/cleaning of N Block and I Block manholes, yearly cleaning behind directional plates at the bar screen, 40 hours of video recorded camera services per year, and a one-time cleaning of a 10,000-gallon kitchen grease trap and ash pit outside the power house.
