This opportunity seeks qualified vendors for a comprehensive security fencing and barrier upgrade at Offutt Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska - Project Scope: - Removal and disposal of approximately 1,690 linear feet of existing perimeter chain link fence, barbwire, and gates - Installation of 1,670 linear feet of 96-inch galvanized chain link fence with top rail, bottom tension wire, and posts set 10 feet on center in concrete footings - Addition of three strands of barbwire atop the new fence - Installation of one 4-foot pedestrian gate and one 18-foot vehicle entrance gate - Automated gate system including operator, intercom, disconnecting, hook-up, and programming - Gate safety features: two photo-eye and wireless edge sensors, and a 'Free Exit' loop system - Installation of an M30 P2 Integrated Cable Barrier System (double cable) along the fence line and cantilever slide gate - Barrier posts (8-inch) at every corner, with spans not exceeding 200 feet, set in large concrete footings - Site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and restoration - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with Air Force and federal safety and security regulations - Contractor must obtain all necessary security clearances, certifications, permits, and approvals - Project includes both physical security enhancements and automated access control - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named, but the M30 P2 Integrated Cable Barrier System is a notable specification - Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience and provide company information as part of their response

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes.

 This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified, experienced, and interested offerors capable of performing the type of work as described herein for information and planning purposes. The information received will be utilized by the United States Air Force to facilitate the planning and decision-making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.  Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought. Respondents are not required to submit information in response to this announcement to participate in any future solicitation that may come as a result of the information received. In accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 15.101(c)(2), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for the following items listed below:

General:

The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct Market Research in accordance with RFO Part 10, for the removal of existing perimeter fencing and the installation of a new, upgraded high-security chain link fence, automated entry gates, and an M30 P2 Integrated Cable Barrier System.

This requirement consists of demolition and site prep, fence installation, barbwire configuration, and installation of gates and barrier systems. Please see the attached "Statement of Work" for more information

All project work and related services shall be performed IAW all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, attachments, technical exhibits and references and publications contained in the contract or incorporated by reference.
