Description

The Florida Department of Health (FDOH), Bureau of Epidemiology, seeks to purchase a modified solution for the current uploader process for file transfer between the Florida Poison Information Center Network (FPICN) and ESSENCE-FL. This solution will replace the older methodology with the NPDS Uploader approach using an XML file format upload method. The modification includes adding new data elements to the existing NPDS XML file and incorporating the ExpLab table into the XML. Additional configuration elements such as timing, IP address, protocol, and encrypted login credentials/authentication will also be developed as part of the solution.
