Description
The City of Laguna Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for city-owned parks, athletic fields, medians, and other landscaped public areas. The contractor must deliver high-quality, environmentally responsible services while being responsive to the city and sensitive to residents and visitors. The base bid includes maintenance of 29 landscape site locations covering approximately 61 acres. The contract term is three years with an option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. Required licenses include California State License Board C-27 Landscaping Contractor License, California State Qualified Applicator License(s), and a California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) number.
