This solicitation is for the complete modernization of the existing HVAC system at Marsteller Middle School, including the installation of a geothermal well system. The project also involves constructing approximately 10,191 square feet of classroom additions and an additional 14,725 square feet comprising classrooms, administrative areas, and a secure vestibule.
