Description

This solicitation is for the partial demolition and replacement of existing ceiling tiles and grids in South Campus Building S202 at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. The work includes verification and corrections for existing above ceiling infrastructure and independent structural support for non-compliant anchoring or support of IT cabling, HVAC ductwork, fire alarm devices, lighting, and other concealed conditions. Installation of new ceiling grid and tiles is required to realign with existing HVAC and lighting, which may need additional support. Additionally, corridor walls on three levels will be repainted with college-specified colors. The project requires compliance with the college's Facilities Design Manual and North Carolina Building Code requirements.
