Description

Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide executive-level implementation coordination services in support of the District’s Facility Master Plan (FMP) and related capital, operational, and strategic initiatives. The engagement will function as an extension of the Office of the Deputy Superintendent of Operations, providing dedicated coordination capacity across the District’s capital program, governance support, stakeholder engagement, and organizational systems. A virtual non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 16, 2026. Proposals are due by July 27, 2026.
