The U.S. Marshals Service, Information Technology Division, is seeking annual maintenance and support for OpenFox software systems. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marshals Service, Information Technology Division, ITD, CG-3, 7th FL, Landover Operations Center - OEM Highlight: - OpenFox (manufactured by CPI/OpenFox Technologies) - Products/Services Requested: - Annual maintenance and support for OpenFox Message Switch systems (Systems A & B) - Annual maintenance and support for OpenFox Messenger GUI licenses - Each product/service is required once per year for a base year and four option years (total of 5 years) - Quantities and Line Items: - 1 unit per year for each of the two main products/services, for a total of 5 units each over the contract period - Notable Requirements: - Set aside for small businesses, including women-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses - Maintenance and support must cover existing OpenFox systems and licenses - No part numbers specified; support is for existing deployed systems - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years, each covering a 12-month period
