Description
The Kodiak Island Borough is soliciting qualifications and pricing submissions to establish a roster of qualified contractors by trade or specialty for future maintenance, repair, and small construction projects on an as-needed basis. The roster will include contractors for various specialties such as carpentry, concrete services, diving, elevators, generators, heavy equipment repair, landscaping, parking lot repair, overhead doors, striping, tsunami warning systems, and vacuum truck services. Contracts will be awarded to the top three lowest responsive and responsible contractors per specialty, with a not-to-exceed value of $50,000 per contract.
