Description

Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, with no email or fax submissions accepted. The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 22, 2026, at the project site.
