The Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to clear, grub, excavate, crush, blend, and stockpile approximately 15,000 cubic yards of Class 5 aggregate at the Summer Gravel Pit in Beltrami Island State Forest, Lake of the Woods County. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, with no email or fax submissions accepted. The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 22, 2026, at the project site.
