The City of Vallejo, in conjunction with the Vallejo Police Department, is seeking qualified community-based organizations to assist with implementing domestic violence initiative strategies and programs. Selected organizations will work to deliver services to domestic violence victims and help stop the cycle of domestic violence. The solicitation requires submission of detailed organizational information, program models, cultural competency, and attachments such as organizational charts and financial documents. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 14, 2026, and will be evaluated based on experience, program approach, capacity, cultural alignment, and references.
