Description

The City of Regina is seeking an Engineering Consultant to support its Land Branch in advancing subdivision, servicing, and infrastructure works necessary for the Taylor Field Redevelopment Project. The scope includes project management, land development planning, subdivision design and approvals, infrastructure design, regulatory approvals, tendering and procurement support, engineering services during construction, and post-construction services. The project aims to transform the former Taylor Field lands into a new neighbourhood with aligned infrastructure and land development phasing. A pre-submission video conference meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
