The Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) is seeking to establish a pool of qualified vendors for a wide range of consulting and support services to enhance public health programs and initiatives. - Government Buyer: - Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH), State of Delaware - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in this solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Consulting and support services across multiple domains, including: - Behavioral health and clinical consulting - Case management and training - Career and technical education - Community consulting - Emergency and crisis services - Employment and professional services - Fiscal and data management - Policy and governance - Process and performance improvement - Data collection and analysis - Program and organizational assessments - Legal and compliance consulting - Grant writing - Project management - Public policy research - Research and analytics - Transportation and relocation services - Services may include training, program design, project planning, stakeholder communication, RFP and contract development, vendor negotiation support, and documentation preparation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must submit a supplier diversity plan and a written inclusion policy - Attestation required regarding data transfer outside the US - Agreement to pricing and completion of specific forms and templates - No guarantee of specific work or deliverables; services will be requested as needed via future Statements of Work - The opportunity is open and continuous, allowing vendors to be added to the pool at any time

Description

The Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) is seeking to establish a pool of experienced vendors to provide consulting services related to the programs and services it administers. Services may be requested on an as-needed basis through future Statements of Work, with no guarantee of specific work or deliverables. The scope includes a wide range of service areas such as behavioral health, case management, community consulting, fiscal management, policy and governance, program evaluations, and professional services including legal and grant writing. Vendors are expected to provide training, program design, project planning, and support for public health initiatives.
