Description

The Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) is seeking to establish a pool of experienced vendors to provide consulting services related to the programs and services it administers. Services may be requested on an as-needed basis through future Statements of Work, with no guarantee of specific work or deliverables. The scope includes a wide range of service areas such as behavioral health, case management, community consulting, fiscal management, policy and governance, program evaluations, and professional services including legal and grant writing. Vendors are expected to provide training, program design, project planning, and support for public health initiatives.
